Terms of Service

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract and does not guarantee eligibility. A service agreement is provided before work begins and sets the scope, pricing, privacy information and any required authorisation.

Nature of the service

We provide independent administrative support: information review, document organisation, form preparation, and ordinary DRV correspondence support. We do not provide legal, pension-investment or tax advice. Objections, appeals and court proceedings are not included.

No affiliation

We are not affiliated with Deutsche Rentenversicherung or any German authority. You can obtain official information and apply directly to DRV free of charge.

Fees

The service fee is 6% of the refund paid by DRV, subject to a minimum of €300 and a maximum of €1,300. There is no upfront service fee. The fee becomes payable after DRV approves and pays a contribution refund, according to the service agreement. Advertised prices are final consumer prices including applicable VAT.

Official decision

Eligibility, the decision, refund amount and processing time are determined exclusively by DRV. No result or timeline is guaranteed.
