First name, last name, email address, telephone/WhatsApp number, country of residence, and any optional message you choose to send. Please do not enter a pension number, passport number or bank details in the first-contact form.

Purpose and legal basis

We use this information to respond to your enquiry and, if you later accept a service agreement, to perform that agreement. Consent is requested for enquiry processing.

Storage, access, retention and deletion

Access is limited to the people providing the service. Data is retained only as long as needed for the enquiry, the agreed service, or legal record-keeping, and is then deleted or anonymised.
