You pay no upfront service fee. Our fee is due only after a refund has been paid to you by Deutsche Rentenversicherung.
6% of the refund received — minimum €300, maximum €1,300.
The fee covers the agreed administrative service through the first DRV decision, including the personal checklist, preparation of forms based on information confirmed by you, completeness review, application coordination, routine DRV correspondence and plain-language explanations of ordinary DRV letters.

Advertised prices are final consumer prices including applicable VAT.
The 6% is calculated on the gross refund actually paid by DRV, before bank or currency-conversion charges. If DRV pays no refund, no service fee is charged. External costs approved by you in advance—such as certified translations, notarisation, certification, postage or courier charges—remain payable separately.
