Cancellation Policy

An enquiry submitted through this website can be withdrawn at any time by emailing support@germanpensionrefund.com. An enquiry is not a paid contract.

If a service agreement is later concluded, statutory withdrawal rights (where applicable) and any agreed cancellation terms will be set out in that agreement before work begins.

If DRV rejects the application or pays no refund, no percentage-based service fee is charged. Previously approved external costs remain payable as stated in the service agreement.
